CLIC Sargent - Caring for Children with Cancer
Part of Godfathers Rugby's ethos is to raise money and awareness for CLIC Sargent.
The Charity has special significance for many of the Godfather family following the death of fellow Godfather and rugby enthusiast Robbie Stuart who himself was a patron of the charity.
Robbie Stuart epitomised the meaning of a true rugby player; on and off the pitch. He led him team with an enthusiasm that was unrivalled and in the aftermatch any game would be a force to be reckoned with at the bar, leaving no team member behind. This is the type of ethos that Godfathers Rugby embody and Robbie will be sorely missed by friends and family.
As part of the 2010 season Godfathers Rugby will be trying to raise as much cash as possible for CLIC Sargent.
